Return Policy

No returns shall be accepted by Flagging Direct without a return authorization number. All products must be returned (10) days of receipt of authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Authorization will not be given for items purchased over (6) months previous. Buyer is responsible for all return freight and a 15% restocking charge. NO RETURNS shall be accepted by Flagging Direct on custom manufactured items.
